Accurate Auto

I have been a customer of Accurate Auto in Tigard for quite some time. I moved to the Beaverton location because it was closer to my home. I was hoping the service would be as good as the Tigard shop. I as very happy to say the service at Beaverton was the same great service. They have done every thing to the very high standard, and at a reasonable price. I was very impressed.

I am new to area and needed work done on my car. Accurate Auto was highly recommended to me so I went there to get the work done. Such a great atmosphere and Lance at the front desk was welcoming and confident that they could diagnose and fix my car. I was super impressed with the follow-up phone call explaining in detail what needed to be done, the cost and he answered all my questions. I just picked up my car and she runs beautifully! I am very impressed with Accurate Auto, great customer service, fair prices, and most importantly to me, I am confident in their expertise in making the repairs that my car needed so that I can feel safe driving my sweet old car! A Big Thank You to Accurate Auto!

Got my oil changed today at accurate automotive, heard about this shop through Shop Fix. Awesome lobby, very comfortable seating, the candy left behind in my car was a welcome surprise. Convenient walk to Buffalo Wild Wings, perfect spot to eat while waiting on your car maintenance. I wasn’t given a reference on how long my oil change would take so there was an awkward moment in which I returned from bww to an empty front desk and was unsure if I’d been forgotten about. Regardless, Lance and the representatives I spoke with on the phone were both knowledgeable and personable. Will return!

Had a really good experience with Accurate Auto. They listened to all my concerns, were very professional, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. They also pointed out a few other issues with my car and explained everything clearly without trying to upsell me. This was my first time going somewhere outside of a dealership, and I’m honestly really happy with how everything turned out. My car has been running super smooth since getting serviced. Definitely recommend them if you want honest work and fair pricing without the dealership hassle.

Absolute legends at Accurate Auto, especially Garret. This was our first time coming here after the dealership told us it would be two weeks before they could even look at our car. That simply was not doable since I rely on the car for work. Garret stepped in and got us in immediately. From the start, the communication was outstanding. He kept us updated the entire time so we always knew exactly what was going on. No guessing and no waiting around wondering. They ordered the repair part from the dealership, but the dealership actually sent the wrong part. Instead of that turning into a week long delay, Garret jumped on it, had the correct part overnighted, and got us back on the road the very next day. On top of that, their prices on tires, brakes, and oil changes are fantastic. Great service. Great people. Quality work at a great price. Garret took care of us like true professionals. Now we have a working car again and feel much safer on the road. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Legendary service. We will absolutely be back.
